Stony Mountain Ski Area is located 11 km north of the Perimeter Highway Winnipeg on Hwy # 7 in the community of Stony Mountain. Turn into the community of Stony Mountain and follow the signs to the north east corner of town. We are located on the east escarpment. Our location shelters us from the north west winds. We are 100 feet vertical and have 6 runs serviced by 2 lifts – one handle tow and one rope tow. Our area is covered by 100% snowmaking and we groom daily to offer you the best snow conditions in the Winnipeg area. We cater to beginner snowboarders and skiers offering numerous programs to get you on the snow!! Stony Mountain, cool since 1966!
